Kockinaam Lodge Portpatrick Wedding DJ
We had a fantastic night at Kockinaam Lodge Hotel in Portpatrick for Sharron and Colin’s Wedding on Sunday 23rd February 2020.
When Sharron and Colin first got in touch, we were so excited to hear they were planning an Ibiza themed Wedding. They love going on holiday to Ibiza and wanted their big day to recreate the party holiday feeling that is so special to them. Whilst we couldn’t guarantee the Ibiza sunshine, we could guarantee the Ibiza nightclub atmosphere!
Music is a big part of their love of Ibiza, so they made the most of our Online Planner and requested lots of their favourite tracks in advance of the big day. This meant we arrived knowing exactly what they wanted to hear and included a number of special dedications for their closest family and friends.
Sharron and Colin kicked off the night with a completely unique First Dance. They started with the romantic You’ve Got a Friend in Me by Amber Leigh Irish and then we mixed into Jump in the Line by Harry Belafonte for a conga! This got all their guests up on the floor and really set the mood for the rest of the evening.
The rest of the evening was a mix of their favourite songs, including lots of the Ibiza dance music they love.
When it came to the end of the night, Sharron and Colin chose to finish with You’ve Got The Love by Florence and the Machine – the perfect ending!
