Uplighting, or mood lighting, is a fantastic way to decorate your venue in Dumfries & Galloway and create that exciting and vibrant party atmosphere you want for your Wedding or Event. We use the latest LED technology to “paint” your venue in a colour (or colours!) of your choice. We can match your theme, colour scheme or even corporate colours – it’s entirely up to you! With our computer-controlled lighting, we can even programme them to fade between colours or change colour in time with the music when the dancing gets going later on.
Light Up Your Wedding
Uplighting is a great addition to your Wedding décor as it allows you to completely transform your venue between the meal and the Evening Reception with just the flick of a switch. Imagine the clean and elegant décor during your meal and then at your First Dance we turn on the uplighting and immediately you create an exciting party atmosphere.
You may also choose to have uplighting on during your meal to add a subtle touch of colour to your venue. Of course, we will match the uplighting to your colour scheme and carefully position the lights to give the best effect – sometimes just a few uplighters highlighting a feature in your venue has a greater effect than lighting the whole room.
Indoor Or Outdoor Uplighting
Uplighting looks great indoors, but imagine lighting up those trees outside your marquee venue or lighting up the outside of your hotel – outdoor uplighting looks amazing! We can provide battery powered uplighting or mood lighting that is safe to use outside – even in Dumfries and Galloway! The lights themselves are all controlled wirelessly so can literally go anywhere you need them.
Safety First
All of our uplighting fixtures use the latest LED technology and so remain cool to the touch all night, meaning there is no concern of children burning themselves should they touch one of the lights. They also have a very low power draw meaning that they can be ran throughout the event without the venue getting worried about their electricity bill!

We can have a chat through your ideas and tailor our Uplighting Packages to suit – remember Uplighting can be booked on it’s own or alongside one of our disco packages. Once we have ironed out the details, you can go ahead and confirm the booking by paying the 25% non-refundable booking fee and signing the Entertainment Agreement. Both of these can be done online, or we can post the paperwork out to you if that’s easier. Once that’s done, your date is secure and it’s time to start thinking about your choice of colour!
