Plan Your Event Using Our Online planner
Our Online Planner makes it easier than ever to plan and personalise your Wedding or Event. You can request your favourite music, review your event details, create a personalised timeline and make payments at a time that suits you. Even your guests can get involved with planning the music. There is so much you can do with the Online Planner, but let’s take a closer look at the Music Manager.
Music Manager
The Music Manager allows you to quickly and easily create a list of requests for us to play at your Wedding or Event. You can search through our collection by Artist, Song or Genre and then add it to one of five categories on your request list. The categories are Must Play, Play if Possible, Dedication, Play Only If Requested and Do Not Play. You can even preview tracks before you add them to make sure it’s definitely the song that you want.
SPECIAL SONGS
If you have booked us for your Wedding, you can also browse, preview and select songs for your special dances. This is where you would add your First Dance, but you may also choose to add a Father Daughter Dance, Mother Son Dance and a Wedding Party Dance – it’s entirely up to you.
SONG INSPIRATION
Sometimes you just need a bit of inspiration when creating your request list, so we’ve included some of our most popular playlists to give you some ideas. You can check out our Top 200 playlist, our most popular tracks from each decade and our dedicated Wedding inspiration playlists.
ADD YOUR OWN
We have thousands of tracks in our collection but this can be a little overwhelming, so we have only included the most popular tracks in the Music Manager. This means that you may find that a couple of your requests are not on there. We will probably have the song in our collection, but you will need to add it to your list yourself. This is really easy – just click the “Add Your Own” button.
ADD COMMENTS
For every track you add to your request list, you can also add a comment or message. We don’t expect you to write a comment for every track, but if there is a track that is really special to you, then let us know in the comments. This is great for letting us know about the big hit at the Hen Party or your favourite song from school or university.
GUEST REQUEST SYSTEM
The Online Planner allows your guests to request the tracks they love to dance to using the Guest Request system. All your guests need to do is login using the date of your Event and a password and they can then request up to five tracks. Don’t worry though, you remain in full control and will be notified after every guest request – so you can go in and delete any you don’t like!
SPOTIFY INTEGRATION
To make creating your request list even easier, we have now added a Spotify app right in the Online Planner. This means you can add requests straight from your favourite Spotify playlists, saving you loads of time! You can also create that perfect playlist in Spotify and then send us the link and your request list is created automatically.
